Vibra Yoga is a dynamic fusion of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. It combines pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures), mantras (sacred chants), meditation, relaxation, and the Vibra Philosophy. Classes include postures for balance, strength, and flexibility, with an emphasis on the Yoga Bandhas to tonify your core strength and control your own healing energy. Throughout the class is the Vibra Philosophy that teaches consciousness, acceptance, gratitude, generosity, living in the present, positive thinking, taking responsibility, seeking the joy, affirmations, connection to Spirit, and honoring the five elements of ether, air, fire, water, and earth within our Chakras and in the world around us.
