Vibra Yoga is a dynamic fusion of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Kriyas, and Shamanic Vibra Philosophy. It combines pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures), mantras (sacred chants), meditation, relaxation, and Shamanic Vibra Philosophy. Classes include postures for balance, strength, and flexibility, with an emphasis on the Yoga Bandhas to tonify your core strength and control your own healing energy. Throughout the class are teachings that connect us to Spirit through awakening our consciousness, acceptance, gratitude, generosity, living in the present, positive thinking, taking responsibility, seeking the joy, affirmations, balancing our feminine and masculine energies, and honoring the five elements of ether, air, fire, water, and earth within our Chakras and in the world around us.
